Before you apply

This is real work. Here's what that means.

OTC is not a course you dip in and out of. It's a 12-week container that asks something genuine of you. Read this before you apply.

1

What you are saying yes to

Applying to OTC means you’re willing to show up honestly for 12 weeks — not perfectly, not always eloquently, but honestly. It means you’re prepared to examine things you’ve been moving past, sit with discomfort that is productive, and do integration work between sessions.

It does not mean you need to have it all figured out. It does not mean you need to be in crisis and it does not mean you’re committing to anything at application stage. Commiting to OTC only comes after your discovery call with Mandy, when both of you are sure this is the right fit.

The women who get the most from OTC are not the most polished or the most prepared. They are the most willing. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

OTC will ask you to be honest in ways you have been avoiding. That discomfort is not a warning sign. It is the work.

What Happens After You Apply

Your application goes directly to Mandy. Here is the path from submission to your first session on 7 July.

Application Review

Mandy will review your application within 48 hours. She personally reads every word.

Alignment Call (If Invited)

If Mandy thinks there's a potential fit, She'll invite you to a 20-minute call. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch—a chance to ask questions and feel into whether this is right for you.

Decision & Enrollment

If we both feel aligned, you'll receive a private invitation to enroll. You'll have 72 hours to decide - no pressure, no games.

Welcome & Onboarding

Once enrolled, you'll receive immediate access to your workbook, the community, and everything you need to prepare for Day 1.

What This Programme Asks Of Your Time

Real change requires real investment - not just financially, but in time, energy, and presence. Here's what you're committing to:

  • 90 minutes per week for live group sessions (Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings)
  • 15-20 minutes of workbook preparation before each session
  • 15-20 minutes of integration work after each session
  • Presence in the community - not constant, but consistent. Showing up matters.
  • Honesty with yourself - the willingness to look at what's not working and do something different
  • 12 weeks of consistency - not perfection, but commitment. This works when you show up.

A Note On Time:

The minimum weekly time commitment is 2 to 3 hours (Approx. 5% of your time per week). The women who get the most from OTC treat this time as non-negotiable — not the first thing to cancel when the week gets full.

A Final Word Before You Begin

You’ve read this far. That means something.

The women who apply to OTC are not women who have given up. They are women who have decided that the version of themselves they’ve been living at the edges of is not the whole story.

You don’t need to be ready. You need to be willing. Those are different things.

Apply below. Mandy will read your application personally and be in touch within 48 hours.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Most women who come through OTC arrived uncertain. You don't need to arrive with clarity. That's what the 90 days are for.
